I had the wonderful opportunity to visit Tel Aviv and speak at a conference titled Global Marketing Challenges for B2B Companies, organized by Oz Branding and our agency network, E3. While I spoke about China Marketing, and Successes and Failures in China Marketing, the other speakers were especially excellent:
Matt Bowen from the Aloft Group, USA, spoke about Growing your brand in the USA, and touched on important differences in the US market. Dirk Assent from Bernstein, Germany, showed how a global brand can adapt to different markets following flexible templates. Dina Gidron from Oz Branding, Israel, talked about Trends in online and offline marketing. We also had a fantastic speech by Eyal Triber, CEO, Maytronics, Israel, who showed how he helped build the maytronics worldwide brand.
The week was also an opportunity for over 25 of the E3 agency agencies to discuss approaches to globalization and best practices for B2B branding and communications.
I was truly amazed at the tech companies working globally from Israel and the economic growth they have sustained. A really great conference with wonderful colleagues!
